Here is my fusion post processor and macro that enables me to use my wireless probe directly from Fusion 360. These work with my Syil X7 with Siemens 808D advanced control.

The cost is just to help with the effort, it isn't expected to be perfect, but I am using it without any issues on my machine. If people contribute I can spend more time enhancing it.

Thanks for your support!

When you purchase you will be provided the files immediately.

You need to install the macro into the user cycles area in the control or it will not work. To do this you must first log into the control with the manufacturer password, then you can paste it into the user cycles folder. The control must then be reset (power cycle).

The post and macro currently support single point in X Y and Z, or inside and outside rectangle without island. If there is interest I will code the other probe methods but these are all I use.

The posted code will write to the G54 offset, if you want to change that, you will see a "54" in the _probe call (_probe(XXX, 54, XXX, XXX, XXX). Simply change that to whatever offset you want manually in a text editor and then save it.

The system counts on you using the MCS system for your probe, meaning you set the origin for probing routines at MCS 0. To make this easy I have a model of my table with the MCS origin in Fusion 360. I then set G59 offset to all 0's in the control, which then mirrors the MCS system. Then for the probing routine setup I select offset "6" which is G59, and the probe will write to G54 by default. I intend to make it changeable in Fusion but I haven't had time to look into it.

Again, you are buying my work to help you, I am not guaranteeing it will work for you. I have spent countless hours writing and testing these, it is still a work in progress but should be usable. Let me know if you run into any issues though!!

Peter.
